RETURN POLICY-

Project Solo aims to ensure its customers full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit. To return an item(s), the following conditions must be met to be eligible:

Returns must be made within 5 days of delivery. The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete. Items must be returned to us in perfect condition, exactly as you received them, with tag(s) still attached. All items that come in their own box must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product. When returning via mail, please make sure to return the item(s) and its corresponding box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging.

Please note- customers will not be refunded for shipping costs. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number and insurance so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. Store credit for the web shop will be given for retail price of item(s) purchased.

Once item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for returned item(s) within 5 days.

Project Solo reserves the right to reject any return items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued.

PROJECT SOLO QUALITY GUARANTEE-

We have a stringent quality control procedure in place and we stand by our product. If you receive an item that is classified as faulty, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. Please contact us at contact@projectsolo.net for further assistance with a return or exchange.

SHIPPING POLICY-

Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 4 business days, please contact us with your order number. Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and commence from the date of dispatch. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. If Project Solo fails to deliver within 30 days, you may have the right to cancel the purchase. Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Your local customs should be able to estimate the price for you. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order. Kindly note that for orders in the US we are obligated to collect applicable State Sales Tax.

Project Solo respects our customers account information as private and confidential information and does not share this with outside parties. All orders placed through the SSL secure third party shopify.com and information collected is used solely for the purpose of shopping with our site. We do our best to make the website as secure as possible and to ensure your information is kept private, therefore we do not process or store any payment information in our database.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES POLICY-

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are not able to tell you what the costs may be, as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country.

PAYMENT CURRENCIES-

Project Solo charges in USD and all prices on the web shop reflect this. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as a result of payment being processed in respect of your order including but not limited to payment provider fees, currency conversion or exchange rates.

PURCHASE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY-

You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. This includes, but is not limited to graphic printing on blank t-shirts etc for resale or re branding.

PROVISIONS SEVERABILITY-

If any part of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable, such determinations shall not invalidate any other provisions of these Terms and Conditions; instead the invalid Terms and Conditions shall be replaced with other terms in order to give effect to the commercial intentions of these Terms and Conditions.

GOVERNING LAW CLAUSE-

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the laws of the State of California.
